ʻI’m delighted at the way the Confident Me workshop went. Once you start doing it and the children start responding, it has a life of its own!ʼ

Lorraine Kelly recently visited a school to find out for herself how it feels to deliver a Dove Self-Esteem Project workshop. Research shows that the 45-minute session helps boost pupils' self-esteem and body confidence.[1]

The PSHE Association-accredited programme is available free to schools across the country to help boost students' self-esteem and challenge perceptions of body image.

Watch the video to hear Lorraine explain how easy it is to deliver the workshop and how responsive the students were.
